You certainly have heard of the saying, “you are what you eat?” Which is in my opinion true as well. Well, I’m here to tell you that the same can be said for your thoughts. Your mindset can shape your entire life, from the way you perceive the world to the actions you take. The power of your thoughts is truly immense, and it’s important to understand how you can get your mindset on track to create the life you want. In this blog post, I’ll be sharing some tips and tricks on how you can master your mindset and live a happier, abundant and more fulfilled life.

First of all you have to be present and be aware of negative thought patterns. Negative thoughts are destructive and hold you in a lower vibration. A good exercise is to write down everything that comes up first in the morning. It is not about mistakes. Just write without thinking for about 20 minutes and reread the text. In the evening before you go to bed you can go through your day and write down all the negative thoughts that showed up during the day and then shift them to a more positive mindset. Practice reframing negative thoughts into positive ones and simultaneously couple them with a high vibrational emotion as gratitude, unconditional love, bliss... and soon enough, it will become second nature and your life will turn to the positive. Like with everything you want to change you have to be consistent and willing to change. It is like training a muscle.

Practice gratitude on a daily bases is another powerful tool for changing your mindset. By focusing on the things you’re thankful for, you shift your attention from what you lack to what you have. Where you put your attention energy flows. Start by writing down three things you’re grateful for each day, and as mentioned before, make it a habit. You’ll be surprised at how quickly you start to feel more positive and optimistic.

Set goals. Setting goals is a great way to give yourself something to work towards and a sense of purpose. When setting your goals, make sure they’re achievable and motivate you. Be sure to write them down and track your progress. Celebrate your milestones and successes along the way, and don’t be discouraged if you encounter setbacks. Remember that setbacks are just temporary, and you have the power to overcome them.

Surround yourself with positive people. People that cheer you up, inspire, motivate and support you with what you are doing. No party poopers allowed at this stage or never ever.  and influences can have a huge impact on your mindset. This can be in person or online, primarily they are supportive.

Practice self-care. Lastly, taking care of yourself is essential for a healthy mindset. It is often forgotten when you have kids. Practice self-care in whatever way works best for you, whether that’s taking a hot bath, painting, going for a walk, or spending time with loved ones. Do what makes you feel good, so you’re feeling your best and can tackle life’s challenges with a clear mind, trust and confidence.

Your mindset really does shape your life, and by mastering it, you can create the life you’ve always dreamed of as long it is in alignment with your purpose. By recognizing negative thought patterns, practicing gratitude, setting goals, surrounding yourself with positive people, and practicing self-care, you can shift your life enormously. Everything is energy. What you send out comes back. Remember that mastering your mindset is a lifelong journey, but the rewards are well worth the effort. Start small with one or two of these tips, and soon enough, you’ll notice a shift in your thinking and how differently your daily life is presented to you.

Enjoy the ride!
