More about Me

For the ones who need a bit more 3D-information about my  background

I was born in Zurich, Switzerland half a century ago. I travelled the world extensively and I AM a proud mother of three beautiful teens. Since I was around 20 I  have been keen on becoming a "better" version of myself and staying true to who I am. That doesn't mean that I always succeeded, but at least I gave my best from the bottom of my heart. My professional journey started with an apprenticeship which was totally misaligned with my nature, but after those 3 years I've learned to listen slowly but steadily to my intuition. What a win!

I can't list all the courses I took over the last 30 years. These are just the ones that had the most impact in my life and influenced my way of facilitating people. My interest in energy work and spirituality started 26 years ago. It wasn't always easy, but worth it!!!
